Hello,
I want to restore my computer to all the setting as when it was right when I got it. Do I need anything to do this and how to I do this. Also this is a gateway laptop with vista. Also would like to know how to do a dell xp desktop

You will need the recovery cd to restore your laptop to factory settings!
