Files turned to .inf and shorcuts

Hello,
PLEASE HELP ME. my external hard disk is infected by worm or virus. now i can't find my files. i already tried using cmd, but it doesn't work. i also tried the folder options but no luck. also my antivirus is not helping at all. how to restore this files all i can see when i open the drive is these 3 $Recyclebin, file.bat, drives. bat, autoran.inf and a shortcut of a drive. i cant open these. how please help me. thank u.

Your flash drive and computer have been infected with a worm.

Your flash drive and computer have been infected with a worm.

- Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.

- Choose "Clean" option.
- A pop-up will follow
Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...) - Once you're ready, click "OK".
- While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.
The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
