I can't recover my Yahoo

Hi,

I need to recover my Yahoo account. They send me every time a push up with a cod on a phone number who i don't have access because my sim is burned. No password, no other email just a push up on a non-existent sim. And I didn't settle up no other email or password to recover, just that stupid phone number. Any help?
