2 GB DDR3 RAM upgraded

Hi,

I have a problem with my Acer E1-531 system. I have just upgraded it by adding another 2 GB DDR3 RAM. It worked fine until I switched of my laptop. Once I restarted it, my laptop stopped working. I removed the RAM again and put back the original one. It started working fine until I restarted it again. Once I removed the RAM, it started acting up again.

Please help of anyone has got the solution!

OK, RAM has specifications. The new RAM has to have the SAME specifications as your MOTHERBOARD. RAM, also needs to be paired! So go get you another stick!
