My phone is stolen

Dear all, i lost my phone, and also i have to have a new telephone number. I have a yahoo mail but i dont know anymore its password. I have been in sign in helper by yahoo but without telephone number and email i cannot further. Is there any other possibility?. Because i fill in wz my sister, mail, it doesnt help either(it. Isnt a recover email). Pse if there is another way.. Would appreciate it. Thank for answer. Have a good day
