Buy new processor or buy a graphics card

have i3 4170, I know this is an old processor i was thinking of buying ryzen 5 2200g but cant buy graphics card if i bought it. should i buy the processor or just buy a graphics card for my i3
i dont have a graphics card currently. My budget is 100 usd, maybe 150 usd

Does the new cpu fot into the ezisting motherboard? What about a graphics slot? Does it have a slot for graphics card.
