Hi KaidoKid,
Time to change your fan I think. If this is a desktop you could test the fan by plugging it into a chassis fan port and put the chassis fan onto the CPU fan port (it wont work if you just move the CPU fan - it detects if a fan is spinning on the CPU side). this isnt a good test and not all chassis fans have the detection thing so it might not work anyway. The best is to test it on a known working fan.
