Hello,
Please help! I tried everything by pressing help on Google since i do'nt remember any of security questions they ask,I never add recovery gmail. It has been long time .I think is been 12 days i change my password which i don't remember,i was wondering i get help resetting my password so i can make new password,add recovery gmail.

On the account recovery page, enter the last password you remember when you're asked to enter a password. When you're asked to answer your security questions and other Google's questions, try these tips to complete account recovery.

Tnx but i already tried this,I keep getting this- Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you.

This means that you have not been able to prove that you own the account. In that case, recovery of the account is impossible.

I put my name first,last an my gmail but it keeps sending the recovery code to gmail I can't even login to .

You have probably set your Gmail address as your recovery email. Without access to your account, you cannot update your recovery options.

If you have not registered another recovery method, the only solution is to create a new Gmail account.
