My name (account) is no longer showing up in the search field.... can I retrieve

Hello,
48 hours ago, my FB account was blocked after forwarding too many messages on messenger at once (my guess). No Incdn not log in.... keeps asking for cell# and when I enter nothing happens or it tells me Inexceeded the # of attempts and have to wait 24 hours.

Now, my user name / account is not even showing up in the search field!

Can I recover some how? It was linked to my business page I need to be able to access that too!

HELP!!

So you must wait a full 24 hours before attempting to log in again
