Can not log in my facebook account because of security check request

Hello,
Please help I cannot log in my facebook account because during security check it requires me the code that sent to my old phone number that I am no longer using. Help what to do, is theres other way to verify me aside this way.


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 73.0.3683.90

There is no other way. No phone number, no account!
