Lets stop to think about this logically. The file locker is to protect the file from unauthorized use. If you could remove the password, what good would the software be?
Perhaps you should have written the password down and placed in a secure location for safe keeping. This is not a technical issue, but an account management one. We cannot assist with item such as these.
