Navigate to the Settings of your Oppo phone. Click on Language & Input. You should see a list of languages. Choose the language you want your phone to use. Chinese should now be removed. If your phone interface is in Chinese and you can't understand anything, try looking for the icon of Settings, it's usually in the shape of a gear. In language & keyboard settings, the first one should be the language setting, click on it and choose English.
