I was using ArcSoft MediaImpression on my old computer together with my ION Film2PC device. Having to change my computer and having misplaced the software disc, I downloaded the ArcSoft MediaImpression Free download. This now only recognises my printer and not my FIlm2PC device. Any suggestion?
Check the device driver from the ion website. You might need to install the driver for your new operating system. It is possible that the device will not work with your new pc.
