Did you create a personal or business account? Creating a second account was a mistake, contrary to the terms of use.

First, go to https://www.facebook.com/hacked. Then to log into your account, type your phone number or Facebook username, and your current or old password.
If you can't recover your account, you can report the account to Facebook.

My password has been changed,.and i guess the phone number too.the only option for recovery is the email and i don't have access to the one they use.they are receiving people and collecting money in my name,i want the account to be blocked pls.thanks,Mercy Michael

Log in to your new Facebook account and go to your hacked profile page. Click the 3 vertical dots at the top right, next to the Message button, and choose Give feedback or report this profile > I can't access my account and click Send.
If that doesn't work, repeat these steps and choose I want to Help > Hacked.

Thank you so much for your response,just when I'm about to find d a solution something else will come up.I've been denied access to the old account guess I'm blocked cos I'm not seeing the account in the search options.thank you

OK thank you,so does that mean the other account is deleted?or the hackers will still be using it in my name?because my integrity is at steak they are collecting money in my name.pls all i want is for the account to be blocked.thank you
It was a personal account i open,Ah that's bad then thought opening a new one will give me access to my contacts so I'll notify them about what happened to the other account.All i need from the other account now is to just blocked it,some one just felt for it again this morning50,000 gone to those guys.pls I'll appreciate any help to have that account blocked so they don't continue collecting money from people in my name.Thank you.

It's against the terms of use to do business on a personal account, that's probably why your account was disabled. Now that you know, your second account might also get blocked.
Oh really!but Both account were personal not for business,the person that hacked it is introducing people to a business ponzi scheme for those who were convince to join they send money to him.I'm running an NGO Mercy Michael Foundation(MMF)we have a different page for the foundation. I'm not doing any business with both account.All i want is for the old account to be blocked if i can't access it again because my integrity is at steak here and there is no way i would've open another account with a different name just trying to add friends now again.thank you.
I guess I want to know what platform are you using to collect the money? Are you using the messenger app?

We never said that you were collecting money. We assumed that you were running a business. How would you know that the hacker is collecting money? Is your account online now? Did you report the account to Facebook using your second personal account using the link that Helpios gave you yesterday?

I was only probing to see how else we could shut it down! Based on the posts you have posted, I was ASSUMING YOU KNEW HOW they were collecting money! I never accused you of anything, but was asking troubleshooting, probing questions. I don't give a F about your foundation, was trying to solve YOUR ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The account is online,people that had my phone number contacted me after sending the money to different account because they block them immediately after sending the money.i couldn't report with my new account cos when i search for it i don't see it out of all my name options.but i use some other account to report,about two people called this night one send,25k while the other 6k.they are using it on messenger.I'm not using the account for business pls.below is the message they are sending to people,some other that were chatted send it to me.
(Its a new online scheme that enables you get 100% of ur pH..like if you put 10k u get 20k, 20k to get 40k, 25k u get 50k, 30k to get 60k, 40k to get 80, 50k to get 100k etc...just in 24hrs..its really paying)
