My laptop doesnot boot

Hello,
i am using a hp pavilion notebook.It has stopped working.i have tried to boot it many times but it doesnot boot at all.can anyone help me out of this problem.

Hello,

Just remove the battery and plug it again!!

listen first romove vista from your laptop. and then try to boot up.
