Can't verify facebook account

I've been temporarily locked out of Facebook due to something about suspiciousactivity on my account.. a week ago I was hacked somehow an had spam posted from my account. I have verified my account once an was let back on. Now it's saying it's locked but won't let me verify just keeps saying 'sorry we can't deal with your request' but other times it's letting me verify by confirming pictures off people on my friends list. Its so frustrating as I have no idea how to sort this out.. any help will be appreciated.
