Toshiba Quosmio X500 No Factory Reset

Hello,
I have a TOSHIBA QOSMIO 500X used a cloning software to make a new DRIVE to DRIVE CLONE FULL
I wish to put to FACTORY RESET
Run software in windows run 2/3 then stops says had problem
Try all other options same
Then try POWER 0 windows starts no option screen goes straight to WINDOWS 10
Any ideas
How can I get into the image drive either boot from it or copy to DVD to run from drive or even Refus to thumb drive
New drive is bigger then old one is it a problem with MBR
If so how do I get a copy from another drive to to reset this one
