I no longer have access to my old number and its asking me for a two step authentication code. I need to change my number. Please help

I have tried logging onto a device that I have signed into facebook with but it still asks for the two step authentication code

If you also don't have access to your printed recovery codes, try to start the recovery process by going to Facebook's recovery page.

That also asks for the two step authentication code when I reset the password

Done that too, as well as send through my ID and a photo of myself with the code on paper. Facebook isnt helping me. Is there a way to bypass the two step authentication code?
