Photoshop 2019 missing file MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll

Hello,

I downloaded Photo shop 2019 As the installation completed I got the message "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll not found." The same for file VCRUNTIME140.dll. I reviewed the installation with Adobe and they said it was a Microsoft issue.

Please Help

Installing the software, would be an Adobe issue. Downloading the file for installation would be a Microsoft issue. See the difference?

So, were you downloading or installing? If you are trying to install from thw internet, save it to a local disk first.

If you continue to have issues, it is your internet connection.
