Hi,
Windows XP cannot be upgraded from Windows 7. If you want to install it, you need to make a new installation of the OS using a CD or a bootable USB key.

I also would like to know about it. As far as I know, you can upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 easily. But not sure about it.
