Hello,

I have gone through the steps to confirm my identity 3 times...provided the code I was emailed and filled out the form and attached a copy of my id. After I submit these, it says I will get an email from Facebook shortly. The email never comes....I can't sign in

Check your Junk or Spam folder. You may find the email in these folders.
