Hi,
If your phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2, you can download the Play Store from this link.
Otherwise, if your phone is a Samsung Z2 (Tizen device), you cannot install the Play Store, as it is only available on Android. For your Tizen phone, you can use the Tizen Store.
