Change password / PIN
- From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Lock screen and security.
- Tap Screen lock type.
- Tap Password.
- Choose your password.
- Verify your password.
- Tap Ok
Turn on / off
- From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Lock screen and security.
- Tap Screen lock type.
- Tap one of the following options:
- Swipe
- Pattern
- PIN
- Password
- None (To turn off screen lock.) If you have enabled the screen lock, you will have to enter your pattern, PIN, or password first to select None.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the desired screen lock option.
