It's called secure the network with a strong password. Call your ISP and have them set it up for you. You are already paying for tech support.

Best way is to allow known users.
Change the wireless SSID and password (use strong password)on your router.
Make a list of devices which you have and connect them one by one to your network. As you connect you will see their MAC address getting registered. Note down these MAC addresses and add them to your ALLOWED MAC ADDRESS LIST and Save the settings.
This way no one will be able to guess your allowed MAC addresses and
