The article says to go to settings-applications-call, then auto reject and reject list.
I cannot find any menu in settings for 'call'---or for 'applications' for that matter, although I do have a menu in settings for 'apps' and I assume that is the same thing.
I want to find a list of any and all the numbers I have blocked in the past.
I have a Samsung J7
WM-J700T Android 7.1.1 Samsung Experience version 8.5 Device name: Galaxy J7 Kate

Hi,
Open the Phone app, tap the 3 vertical dots at the top right and choose Settings. Then in "Call Settings", select Block numbers.
