My Sims 2 is having trouble installing

Hello,
When i install Sims 2 it begins to install then an error pops up saying d:\support\en-us\go_ez.exe

Hye this means this file can't be installed!! You will have to use another installtion DVD to install sims2

but i only have this one CD
