The sims 3 Closed

Hello,
My laptop took the system requirements test, and failed in 2 things....CPU and CPU speed....but I am only .07 away from meeting the requirements....will it still run or should I just give up hope?!

My laptop is a windows vista home premium

Hello,

Your pc doesn't meet the system requirement to play this game. you will need to upgrade your CPU and Memory and even your graphic card!

Thanks, it stinks 'cause I'm a huge sims fan, but thanks....Is there any way I can upgarade the cpu, memory, and graphic card without having to buy a whole new system, I just got this cpu from Christmas....
