Hello, unfortunately it is not possible to receive messages from a lost SIM card if you no longer have access to it.
One possible solution is that you contact your service provider explaining that you have lost your SIM card and they may be able to send you a new one.
If you have still have the phone related to your lost SIM card, you should be able see the messages stored on this phone when you put in a new SIM card as the messages will be stored on your phone, you just one be able to retrieve any messages received since you lost your SIM card.
If you no longer have access to either SIM card or phone then you will not be able to retrieve those messages.
