1. Use iTunes to transport media content from your computer to your iPod.
2. iPods will only support or play MP4 video files, if your downloaded videos are in any other format you
can either convert them, or store them anyway (unconverted) though your iPod won't recognize them or play them. This would be simply to use your iPod as a big flash drive. You would have to open up the iPod folders
in Windows Explorer and copy and paste, vs the conventional iTunes method. Music is transfered the same way.
Effectively this uses your iPod as a storage device, allowing you to free up your harddrive on your computer for better performance or added storage, whatever be the case.
