                    Hello, does your laptop appear to be physically damaged (if it has been struck by lightning). Add a photo if possible.
For a start, you can try this:
1. Disconnect everything
2. Unplug power
3. Push 2-3 times the start button to eliminate remaining current
4. Reconnect everything
5. Push the start button
