Hello, My kid entered password in smart watch and forgot. Please help to reset it. The printed invoice is missing. The model is DZ09. I have the order details are..Ordered on 14 March 2020 Order# 408-2508970-9305962 from amazon

Hello, you can try contacting the manufacturer directly and finding out if they don't have a master reset for certain situations.

If you are able to provide them with proof of purchase that should help.
