Facebook Code Not Sent

Hello,

My Facebook code was not sent by sms. I see the message "you have requested too many sms codes". What Can I do?

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 83.0.4103.106

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
