Hi,
You can install the Play Store on a Kindle Fire 7 tablet by following these instructions.
First of all, you need to allow downloading from unknown sources by going to Settings > Security & Privacy and enable Apps from unknown sources.
Once done, download and install the following applications in the same order:
Once you've installed an application, choose Done and continue installing the others without opening it.
Then, when all the required apps are installed, restart your tablet and you'll be able to use the Play Store.
