Hello,

I don't know how I lost my built-in webcam. I now have the latest drivers back, but I still can't find the camera. not even with hidden devices. This is a Satelitte-L50-C-20R. Thanks for help!

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 87.0.4280.88

I couldn't find the webcam drivers for your laptop, even on the Toshiba site...

In Device Manager, click Action > Scan for hardware changes. Then wait for it to install the webcam drivers if it can find them.

If this doesn't work, try installing the current drivers you have in compatibility mode, in case you upgraded your laptop to another version of Windows.

Right-click on the setup file and go to Proprieties > Compatibility. Then select the OS on which the webcam was operational.

Alternatively, try installing Toshiba Web Camera Application.

Good luck.
