Hi,
Close Free Fire, turn on the airplane mode and restart your phone. Then turn off the airplane mode and try launching the game.
If the problem persists, go to Settings > Applications > Free Fire. Tap Force stop and go to Storage > Clear cache. Check also that the app is up to date.
