I lost my ph number so I didn't receive security check conformation code

Hello,

I have alternative email but mobile number lost. I am tried several times with email with same device but not possible to login completely. After login with email, redirect to this massage "Security Check To confirm your identity, we will text a confirmation code to your phone." please help me!

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.101
