Hi,
Unfortunately, if you don't have access to your contact info, it will be difficult to reset your password in order to recover your Facebook account.
Try the instructions in this article "What to Do if You No Longer Have Access to Your Email Address and Phone Number".
In case you are unable to reset your password by following the above instructions, I'm afraid that you will not be able to recover your account...
