Apps setting

I lost or accidentally deleted my icon setting on my homepage. I followed the directions got it retrieved but in The process it change the other icons to the original icons that were on there when I purchased the phone. I had all my icons Scattered everywhere. I want to put them back organize the way they were in the folders. I had like five or 6 1/4 and had them all labeled. Can you help with this
