Disabled my account

Hello,
Sir my facebook account was disabled
My personal account was hacked by someone and he/she upload some unwanted post that is not acceptable by facebook community standards. I changed my facebook account password to many times but I still don't access my account it shows your account is disabled when I go to logout option there show your account will disabled within 22 days request a review otherwise your account will permanent disabled.
When I go to request a review site they tell me go to support inbox for request a review sir tell me when I not access my account how I go in support inbox thank you
