How can I set up one drive to sync with my Windows file explorer?

I found a guide here

I prefer using any of the reliable third party tools to sync or migrate to OneDrive, especially if you will migrate a file server to OneDrive or SharePoint Online, you can check out tools like Syncback, Gs Richcopy 360, or Carbonite
