Hello,
My computer shuts down unexpectedly when i turn off my internet box. what should i do?

Its the tower. Had this computer for 2 years, just started doing this 6 months ago.

is it a laptop or tower you have make sure it not set to allow your system to turn on or off with the LAN setting
