Hi,
The autorun.inf file may have been corrupted. Try running the System File Checker. Open the Start menu, type "cmd" and right-click on it. Choose Run as administrator.
In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /scannow and press Enter. Once the System File Checker has completed the repair process, restart your PC.
