Account Error:Att message

Emails won't download latest emails on iPhone. (Message - Account Error:Att). No problems when using desktop or iPad.

Hello, you can try removing the email account from your iPhone, and then re-adding it. This should resolve your issue.

Thank you for your reply. I did try both your suggestions to no avail. I took the phone to the Sprint store, now T-Mobile. They knew right away that ATT has been having email issues and had me download the YAHOO application to get to my account that way. All problems resolved.
