My personal Facebook was disabled

Hello sir,

My personal Facebook account was disabled in 5 days ago. I given my all information to Facebook review team. But they are not responding to me.
My National Id / passport Name and Facebook Name are not same. Facebook Name is ( Jobaer Ahmed ) and National ID name is ( Md. Jobaer Ahmed )
Please tell now what should i do?
