PDF editor for desktop like xodo pdf BUT with keyboard shortcuts for editing?

Hi!

I am looking for:

-A FREE PDF editor
-For Desktop (Windows 10)
-I use Xodo pdf and it is really good but it does not have shortcuts for editing like ctrl+U=underline. I am looking for that. I underline with different line types.

Great! Thank you! I will try it. But I was looking for a desktop version, and that works in the internet. Do you know some programme for desktop?

Hi,

You can give a try to Foxit PhantomPDF Editor. Unfortunately, it is not free but it offers a wide variety of keyboard shortcuts.
