Cant install norton

Hello,

i got this virus that shuts down my computer as soon as windows opens up.
i tried to install Norton in safe mood, but it turns out u cant.
can u help me install Norton and delete the virus?

Hello update your antivirus and do a complete scan to your system!
I recommend you using another antivirus like Eset security
