DVDROM Drive wont work in vista

Hello,
My matshita dvd-ram seem to have stoped working, is there a driver for it?
Also i pluged a External USB DVD-rom Drive in and that wont work either but it works elseware.
HELP!!

Yes you will need the vista driver to make it work, Just check if you have the CD to install it!
