Facebook account recovery

I recently set up a business page and set about inviting friends to 'like' it, when all of a sudden I get an email saying: "Your Facebook account has been disabled. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards."

There is a link to ask for this decision to be reviewed, which leads to Facebook where I am locked out.

Advice suggests completing the Facebook contact form, which asks for your account details, plus ID, but when I try to submit, I am being asked to login, which I can't do...

To add to this frustration, I have paid FB ads running to promote my page - I have no idea what's happening with them.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
