Things I don't like about Google CSE, and is there an alternative?

Hello, My heroes,

My issue is,

I am using google cse to search a certain list of websites on the internet...

I came across posts saying that I shouldnt enter more than 20 websites

Maybe I am misunderstanding... because I am not exactly sure that it has affected me...??
My list is around 200 websites... am I utilizing them all?

I also have another problem and that I am only limited to 10 pages, 10 results per page..
That is a joke...

Can I change that ?

if i cant, is there another service that will give me serious results?
