Hi,
If you've an option to download your file directly as a docx file, it will save your time and you'll not need to use a third party tool to convert your file. Otherwise, you'll have to download your file in its original format and convert it afterwards.

Thank you for help, but the thing is, it was not originally in docx file.
It was in wps format. I used a random converter that I found on Google.
Then I converted it back to docx format and it worked just fine.
